Gig Overview: CE Management is a platform for Admins to manage member access. Additionally, communities on the platform have the ability to submit and update information (name, address, contact person, etc.) You are to develop a user-friendly and intuitive design for this platform. Please ensure you thoroughly read the detail and expectations before applying.

Expertise:UX/UI Design, Experience with Admin Portal designs

Required Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Vue Js, Java Script. Knowledge of user experience best practices, particularly for admin interfaces, Familiarity with dashboard design and data visualisation.

Gig Description/Responsibilities: The UI/UX designer will create a detailed design for the CE management system. This portal should be optimised for desktop and tablet use and should provide a seamless experience for administrators handling complex data and operations.

Login Page

This page will consist of the email and password for authentication, the ‘register’ link will take the admin to register organisation page.

Admin Registration Page

Here the admin will input organisation details for registration which include:

-Organisation name

-Contact address

- Organisation type [a list of options

- Contact person name

- Contact phone number

- Username 

- Password

User Registration Page

After the admin has been approved, he/she can manage users in their organisation. The information to supply include 

-Firstname

-Lastname

-Orgnization_id

-Age

-Email_address

-contact_address 

-Country

-State

Reports Page

Reports should be shown in different charts and should have different filter options with a strat date and end date range

The report template should be reusable

Dashboard Page

The dashboard is the first page that should be seen after login, it should have information summed up in numbers written in cards

All Users Page Page

This should show all users and should also have filter using date range (start date - end date)

Update profile Page

This page should show the admin details and also admin should be able to update the organisation information

Update user modal

This should be able to update the user information

Expectations: As a Techo chosen to participate in this gig, we have some expectations.

-Timely Completion: complete each gig within the given timeframe. If the gig has not been completed within this frame, the project will be re-assigned.
